Week 4 


This Week I just followed a video recipe, and It turned lovely !

For the filling, I don't like the cheese taste in kunafa so by following this video you'll get a unique cream which taste perfect for me.
If you're not a fan of cheese you can only use the first cream you get by mixing milk, sugar , and corn starch on heat , but you only need to double the ingredients that mentioned in the video and that what I'm going to do next time.
For Topping, in the video she used ground pistachio, but I used chopped almond because there was no pistachio available.

Kunafa served hot.
