Healthy Chickpeas Salad

-  1   cup canned Chickpeas
- 1\2 cup Shredded Green Pepper
- 1\2 cup Shredded Red Pepper
- 1\2 cup Shredded Onion
- 1\2 cup Shredded Red Cabbage
- 1\2 cup Chopped parsley

- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Sumac
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- Salt on taste


- Prepare dressing: In a bowl add all dressing ingredients and mix
- Shred green and red pepper, red cabbage and onion into thin1.5 inches long slices, and add to dressing mix.
- Finely chop Parsley, add to mix bowl.
- Add canned chickpeas and stir all ingredients together.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and sit in fridge for at least 10 minutes and then serve.

- If you don't like to use canned chickpeas, cook your own !
- you can serve right the way after preparing it still taste .
